Design process:
We spend a considerable amount of time getting to understand our client’s ideas and preferences so we can provide a landscape design that is uniquely suited to our client’s needs and budget. An equal amount of time is spent accessing the property; drainage, soil condition and potential problems are just a few of the aspects we consider.  We aim to provide a design, which is not only interesting but will have sustainability, providing years of outside enjoyment for you and your family.

Initial Consultation:
During the initial meeting we introduce our company, show a portion of our portfolio, offer references and explain our design pricing.  When a design quote is agreed upon we will then begin to discuss needs, ideas, budget and expectations. 

Site Analysis:
We access site conditions including elevations, drainage, lot lines, existing structures, existing plant material etc.  We take measurements and photographs of property.

Preliminary Design concepts:
Preliminary design concepts are brought back to the client for review.  Any revisions are made at this point.  If the client did not have specific ideas several different designs may be proposed. With the clients input a design or combination of designs is chosen for final design.

Final Design
We then create the final design incorporating the reviewed and revised concepts. Upon approval of final drawing client receives 2 scaled 24” x 36” 2D CAD drawing with construction specifications, material and plant list.  When available the client will receive one of more persceptive view of the proposed design. a  Since Cypress Hill is a design build landscaper we can provide our clients with a quote based on our drawing, taking into consideration the price of the design.  For those clients who wish to implement the landscape project themselves we will suggest logical and functional stages for the project. We also can work with the client in further consultation or looking after the more technical aspects of the project.
